Nazeer Haymn
Founder & Executive Director
Distinguished economist and statistician with extensive experience spanning federal and provincial government roles, academic leadership, and private sector consulting. Nazeer brings over a decade of expertise in economic forecasting, pension fund analysis, and public policy development to demographic research.
His academic leadership includes positions at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and the University of Lethbridge, where he mentored the next generation of economists and statisticians. As an entrepreneur and business owner, he has advised both public and private sector organizations on data-driven strategies and economic planning.
Mohammad Awada
Co-Founder & Operations Director
Accomplished public servant with over a decade of dedicated service in government relations, community outreach, and policy advisory roles. Mohammad has served as West and North Advisor to both the Minister of Immigration (IRCC) and the Minister of Housing, bringing invaluable insight into federal policy processes and stakeholder engagement.
His distinguished career spans key roles with the City of Calgary, Government of Alberta, and federal institutions. Recognized with the Queen Elizabeth II's Platinum Jubilee Medal for his contributions to Canadian society, Mohammad combines strong communication skills, multilingual fluency, and deep passion for public service with expertise in inclusive policy development and community engagement.
